So here's some good news... www.goodwillrunning.com is finally googleable. As a computer geek by day, this is kind of a big deal. Anyhow, try it for yourself, simply type good will running into google and my site should show up first on the list...uber cool in a mega geek kind of way.
Yesterday I took the day off from running and did absolutely nothing, which made today's run even better. Here's the deets...
