The worlds 7,698,345th fastest man...

...could possibly be me, but I highly doubt it considering I just picked that number out of the air. What I do know is that Sandy (trainer extrodinaire) had me running 14km/h Wednesday afternoon on the treadmill. Think about it next time you're in your car...it's pretty freakin' fast man!!!

I wanted to let you all know about a big fundraiser happening in just under a week. It's Putt for Diabetes, and you should totally come out. Click on the image of the poster to enlarge it, or check the deets here...
Putt for Diabetes
Thursday September 20th
Mini Golf Course @ the Quinte Mall, Belleville
Come Anytime Between 4-9PM
$5 per person
Tons of Great Prizes
All Proceeds to the Canadian Diabetes Association

It's going to be a great night of fun for a great cause...even if you've only got 20 minutes to putt a quick round stop by and you'll still be entered for some prizes. Hope to see you all out there next week.

Back to my training for a second...besides running 14km/h during my lactate test on Wednesday I also got some results and my training speeds have increased again, so in short, I'm faster, so we'll have to see what this means in a little less than 3 months when the big race day arrives...I've got to admit, it's getting a little scary now. L8r.
